Frequently Asked Questions

What materials are used for your canvases?

Our canvases are crafted with premium materials for gallery-quality results:

Canvas Material: Polyester and cotton blend fabric with a natural textured finish
Weight: 10.15 oz/yd² (344 g/m²) for durability and professional feel
Frame: Hand-glued solid wood stretcher bars for sturdy construction
Thickness: 1.25″ (3.18 cm) depth for a substantial, modern look
Printing: Fade-resistant, acid-free canvas (OBA-Free) that maintains vibrant colors over time
Ready to Hang: Comes with mounting brackets included

Each canvas is printed on-demand with textured, fade-resistant material that ensures your artwork looks stunning and lasts for years. The polyester-cotton blend provides the perfect balance of durability and natural canvas texture.

How do I install my canvas?

Installation is quick and easy. Each canvas comes with mounting brackets already installed, so it arrives ready to hang. Simply place it on a suitable wall hook or nail.

Does my canvas need special care?

Our canvases are durable and fade-resistant, so they require very little maintenance. To remove dust, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. For small marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used with care. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excess moisture to help protect the canvas and preserve the print quality.

What are the delivery times?

We currently ship exclusively within the European Union. Each order requires 3–5 business days for production and processing before shipping.

EU: 4–9 business days

What if my canvas arrives damaged?

If your canvas arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge. All orders are covered by shipping protection.
